Volkswagen on the British market has enriched Tiguan and Tiguan Allspace, with a new gasoline engine and several new equipment packages.

First of all, there is now a 2.0 TSI gasoline four-cylinder turbo gasoline with 169 kW / 230 hp and 350 Nm of torque, enough to accelerate to a hundred in 6.3 seconds and a maximum of 229 km / h. This engine is available with SEL and R-Line Tech, as standard with 4Motion All-Wheel Drive and 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. According to the factory data, average fuel consumption is 7.7 l / 100 km, while CO2 emissions are 175 grams per km. The prices for this Tiguan start at 35,820 pounds.

The Tiguan also offers a Match package of equipment, which among other things includes 19-inch Victoria alu wheels, keyless entry, rear camera and parking aid. The Tiguan Match prices range from £ 26,750, in the 1.5 TSI version with 130 hp, 6-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive. It also has 2.0 TDI with 190 hp, DSG gearbox and four-wheel drive, at a price of £ 34,770.

There is also the Tiguan R-Line Tech, among others, the el. opening the tailgate, keyless entry and parking assist. The Tiguan R-Line Tech is now available with a 1.5 TSI petrol engine of 150 hp and an automatic transmission at a price of 33,150 pounds, and a Tiguan R-Line Tech 2.0 TSI with 230 hp for 38,335 pounds.
